Return Policy:
The company provides a free inspection upon the arrival of the shipment to you without incurring shipping costs, and you have the right to accept or reject the shipment for free.
In the event that you receive the shipment and pay its value, you have 14 days from the date of receiving any commodity to submit a request to return it or replace it in exchange for shipping costs, the costs are estimated according to the geographical region

The representative receives the returned shipment in the same condition received without paying the value of the shipment because he is not authorized to do so
Once we have received and inspected the shipment, we will email you to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed.
Refunds are made by bank transfer or through well-known electronic wallets (Vodafone Cash).
Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To be eligible for a return, the shipment must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
